  1. From 1 April 2024, workers aged 21 and over will be entitled to the National Living Wage of £11.44 per hour.
  2. Apprentices are entitled to the apprentice rate if they’re either aged:
    1. under 19; or
    2. 19 or over and in the first year of apprenticeship.
  3. Apprentices are entitled to the minimum wage for their age if they are both:
    1. aged 19 and over; and
    2. have completed the first year of apprenticeship.
